Sacramento's Biggest crime ever had a massive "Machine" to protect Joyce Raley Teel.
That same year she learned that her company's success and all her wealth was from a crime of fraud against Charles Nordby.
If this was happening to our wife, our mother, grandmother, mother in-law or friend, we would do everything in our power to restore our family member in good standings. Maybe the Teel family didn't like her. She could have been a very difficult person to reason with, because she had it in her power to protect her father's name, her name, the Teel name and even the Raley's name.
But she chose to allow this to happen to everyone and Sacramento.
This woman must have been ruthlessly angry and bitter about life once she discovered that her house of cards was tumbling down.
Once she learned that her husband Jim Teel kept this dark, dirty crime secret about Raley's success all being created from a fraud against a man named Charles Nordby, a man she didn't even know. She must have lost her mind. But her very actions were like an animal that has been hit by a car and struggling to stay alive.
Had she been smarter than her corrupt attorney's, her husband Jim, her son Mike, her daughters and their husbands, she could have done the right thing for Charles Nordby and resolved this with him while he was still alive, and put this crime to bed, once and for all.
But instead, she magnified the crime by adding people as her puppets to cover up her company's crime. And not only is she being exposed, but so will everyone who for some reason walked into the crime. The list of people who helped Joyce conceal her crime, is now part of the crime. The crime of fraud against Charles Nordby was bad, but when people were added in the attempt to hide and cover up that crime, that is when it became the Biggest Crime in Sacramento's History.
All those who assisted Joyce Raley Teel and Raley's Supermarkets in the obvious attempt to cover up and conceal these crimes, have all become parties to the concealment of the crime(s).

Joyce had more money & power than Bill Cosby, Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, OJ and P. Diddy combined. Her deep pockets, power, influence and philanthropy throughout the Sacramento area will soon be recognized for what it is. An attempt to cover up her company's crimes, and to buy off her justice. It didn't work.
She not only inherited her fathers money, she also inherited her company's crime. In 1991, she owned what was going to become, the biggest crime in Sacramento. It changed her whole demeanor.
Instead of doing the right thing, she started using her wealth to hush and destroy the Charles Nordby Raley's success story. In the process she began destroying the name and success of her father Thomas Raley.
But not anymore. Her "machine" was money, power, influence, entitlement and philanthropy. Much like what Bill Cosby, Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein used to avoid justice as well.
Her billions worked to hush this story and perverted her justice.
Jeffrey Epstein's "machine" was the perfect philanthropist to keep secrets secret.
Once he was discovered for his crimes, his philanthropy was no longer wanted or able to save him from his decades of sex crimes.
Bill Cosby used his "machine" to avoid detection, investigation and prosecution. Bill Cosby learned that your crimes will catch up with you and you are never too old to go to jail or prison. His comedy has faded away.
Harvey Weinstein used his Hollywood presence to influence his "machine".
With his influence he was able to continue molesting woman until the evidence was overwhelming and prosecution unavoidable.
In 1991, this story about Charles Nordby was transmitted through the U.S Mail, fax machines, fliers and word of mouth. The U.S. Mail is still being used but now with colorful postcards and the internet.

The Teel's had no idea that the crime of Raley's, and its principals would raise its ugly head and resurface. Crimes and its criminals from decades ago are being discovered years after the crime. Such as the Golden State Killer/East Area Rapist caught 40 years after his crime.
